LEVEL 3 STYLIST
Amber
Hello! My name is Amber! I first started at Elements of Style as a shampoo tech in 2017. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2019 and started the associate program here at Elements that same year. I specialize in color (including fashion colors such as pinks, blues, etc.), haircutting, and dimensional colors! I have attended The Redken Exchange for Cut and Know Why in 2019 and I am certified by Redken as a Redken Specialist. I am also certified with Keratin Complex which are smoothing treatments that eliminate frizz, repair damage, strengthen, and soften the hair! This industry is constantly growing, so I am always striving to soak up more techniques and knowledge. I am currently enrolled to take Design Authority which is another Redken Certification that focuses on being an expert in hair cutting techniques!
I enjoy cutting hair, especially long layers with angles! Texturizing the hair is one of my favorite techniques because of its versatility. Not only can it remove weight from the hair, but it can also create tons of added volume. I love completing a color service with Redken’s shades EQ gloss because it enhances the hair’s natural shine and maintains the hair’s natural acidity to prevent frizz, dryness, and breakage! Hair
is healthiest in an acidic state! I love creating fun and bold hair color, so check out our Pulp Riot fashion color line when you are looking for a pop of color!
I love enhancing my guests experience by guaranteeing relaxation. My number one way to ensure this, is during their shampoo. Giving a scalp massage and making sure everyone has a warn towel around their neck is just the start!
Outside of work, I love going to concerts, my favorites are rock and country. I also love being outside with nature because of how peaceful and calming it is. I enjoy working out, for the most part, because it puts me in a good headspace! A goal I set for myself, is to read more books. So, I am always open to suggestions and love to hear about books that guests recommend for me! Check out my linktree, it contains all of my social media pages! You can message me with hair questions or concerns! I am always taking new guests. I look forward to meeting you!

I have been doing hair since 2006. I’ve done all hair types. I am an associate trainer and coach. So I take on newer stylists, doing hands on education in and out of the salon as well as coaching newer stylists as they grow into more seasoned stylists. Helping them to achieve their dreams in our salon company is my passion.
My specialties are dimensional coloring from slight contrast to heavier contrast. I love taking a summer color to a winter color while keeping the integrity of the hair strong and healthy, and vice versa. I also love designing my haircuts to enhance the color. I love using texturizing techniques to create volume without sacrificing the integrity of the length in medium to fine hair texture. I also use it to remove weight from heavy, lifeless, thick hair. I love making my guests feel comfortable and heard. All guests will always feel welcome and at home in my chair.
I’ve attained numerous classes, events and received many certifications in my career. I’m most proud of my Redken Color and Design Certifications. These particular certs dive very deep in cut and color techniques and tools.
I’m a mom and wife. 3 beautiful kids who run me all over the place with sports and activities, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I love being outdoors and camping with family and friends. I love working out and staying as healthy in mind body and spirit

Level 2 Stylist
Rebecca
Hi, my name is Rebecca (aka Becca) and I am a Level 2 Stylist at Elements of Style Salon in Eldersburg.
I began working at EOS in February 2020 as a member of the Front Desk Team. Within a few months, I became a Shampoo Technician and remained in that position until I earned my license and began the Associate’s Program in October 2020.
I have been working in the hairstyling industry for three years. I started as a Shampoo Technician in 2018 and have continued focusing on growing myself as a stylist ever since. In the past three years I have strongly focused on hair coloring, hair cutting, and an overall guest experience while working in the salon.
I enjoy working with fashion colors and all types of highlighting techniques. I feel with highlighting there are so many ways that you can give a person a new refreshed look in either subtle or bold ways. Fashion colors are a fun way for a person to truly express themselves through their hair and I love seeing my guests’ faces light up when they see the fun that was just put in their hair.
When it comes to products. I am very confident with Redken because I have worked with it not only at EOS but also throughout beauty school. I love to help my guests with finding their perfect hair care products.
Since earning my license, I have completed the Redken Specialist Program and received my certificate as a Redken Specialist.
A fun fact about me outside of the salon is that I recently found a new love for bettering myself in the gym. Up until recently, the gym was the last place I would have ever been found. I am also a very sociable person and love spending time with friends and family as often as I can!
I cannot wait to watch my career grow at EOS and hope to see you in the salon where I can give you an excellent, relaxing salon experience.
