Salon Mission Statement- Here at Elements of Style Eldersburg and Frederick, we are committed to providing our guests with an amazing experience by offering high quality services. Being an Awarding-Winning Redken Elite Salon, we have the privilege to receive insights into the industry happenings, and the latest technology and trends. Our exclusive partnership with Redken 5th Ave NYC allows us the opportunity to host special training and events by bringing in the leading artistic educators in the industry. Each reservation is customized to fit everyone’s personal style and beauty budget. We believe our passion is shown in elevating each guest expectations by going above and beyond industry standards. Our favorite brand promise, is to always give back to the community by donating proceed, supporting locals and annual charity fashion shows.

History

In 1996 Eldersburg Md opened

In 2018 Frederick location opened

The founder, Paris Cimino, comes from a long line of Hair Stylists and Salon Owners. Her grandparents migrated from Italy and her grandfather became a barber in Baltimore Md. Paris’s parents met in beauty school, married, had four children, and three out of four continued the tradition in the hair industry, along with Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins all located in Maryland. So the saying ‘Its in our Blood’ may be true in this case.

The salon started with a mere 6 stations and only 4 stylists.

Having won many prestigious awards and gained an unparalleled clientele, Elements of Style added 2 more stations and has over 25 employees in the Eldersburg location. In 2015 we gained three co-owners to help us be able to withhold great business practices. Growing steady, Elements of Style opened a second location in Frederick Md that employees 10 employee with a strong growth plan in place. We are excited to grow our team as undividable and enjoy the journey of our salon teams success.

 

Cancellations .

You may cancel your appointment without charge any time before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.

If you miss/cancel (same day cancellation) two appointments, your client file will be red flagged- meaning we will need a credit card to secure your next appointment and the following will apply to that appointment:

-Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

-If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

-Late arrival may result in a shortened service in order to allow us to be on time for our next guest.

-For services that are $200 or more you will be asked to put a 50% deposit to hold the appointment.

Moved Appointments: If you move the same appointment two or more times, the rules above apply.

 

Late Arrivals

We will make every attempt to serve you at your scheduled time. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but as a courtesy to our other guests, our ability to fit you in is not assured.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased in the salon or online in any denomination. When redeeming, please present the gift certificate at the time of service.

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, and anniversaries, as well as employees and business clients. If you purchase a gift certificate online, you can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.

 

Gratuities

Fees listed do not include gratuity, but tips are appreciated as a reward for superior service.

 

Assuring the Right Fit

If you feel you may be more comfortable or better served by another member of our staff, please let us know. Never hesitate to ask for a new stylist or technician with a fresh point-of-view.

Elements of Style Spa Services:

Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

If you miss/cancel (same day cancellation) two appointments, your client file will be red flagged which means we will need a credit card to secure your next appointment and the following will apply all future appointments:

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Elements of Style Spa Groups or Packages:

For services of 2 or more guests a credit card will be needed to secure your appointments, you may cancel your appointment without charge any time before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the amount of the scheduled services on the card provided. All no shows will be charges full value of scheduled services.
